The second wind turbine in Wachtebeke has also been completed!
Amid great public interest, the rotor of the second wind turbine of the Storm wind farm in Wachtebeke was lifted into place on september 8th.
Although at Storm we usually love it when there is wind, this is different for the rotor lift. Since the rotor is so big, there should be almost no wind to safely lift and install the rotor.
A rotor lift is a beautiful sight and one of the most impressive moments during the construction of a wind farm.
