264 new cooperants for Storm CVBA!

The residents' participation for the planned Storm wind farm in Desselgem is now closed. We welcome 264 new cooperants!

Storm CVBA currently employs a total of 1301 cooperants for the Storm farms in Wachtebeke, Wielsbeke, Maasmechelen, Westerlo, Geel and Desselgem.

Wind farm Desselgem

Operational

Situated in the industrial area Schoendale on the river Lys and bordering with Wielsbeke in West Flanders, this wind farm has been operational since Spring 2016. Today, it already produces enough renewable energy to meet the needs of about 3.150 Flemish families. Here, 264 local residents have chosen to participate in the Storm CV cooperative in their municipality.
